One Encina, Many Voices: Construction pathway students explore campus improvements

One Encina, Many Voices is a storytelling series that highlights the people, experiences, and partnerships that shape Encina High School. From students and staff to families and community partners, the series elevates the many voices that contribute to Encina’s culture and reflect the school’s commitment to belonging, opportunity and student success.

During an on-campus site visit, students toured the framing of the new administration building and observed progress on the foundation of the future science building. The experience gave students a large-scale view of how classroom learning translates into real-world construction work.

Encina High School is grateful to its construction partners, CORE Construction and Kitchell, for their collaboration and commitment to student learning. These partnerships provide valuable hands-on experiences that help students prepare for life after high school.

Desde estudiantes y personal hasta familias y socios comunitarios, la serie eleva las muchas voces que contribuyen a la cultura de Encina y reflejan el compromiso de la escuela con la pertenencia, la oportunidad y el éxito estudiantil.

One Encina, Many Voices یک مجموعه داستان‌سرایی است که افراد، تجربه‌ها و همکاری‌هایی را برجسته می‌سازد که Encina High School را شکل می‌دهند. از دانش‌آموزان و کارمندان گرفته تا خانواده‌ها و شرکای اجتماعی، این مجموعه صداهای گوناگونی را که فرهنگ Encina را می‌سازند برجسته کرده و تعهد مکتب را به تعلق، فرصت و موفقیت دانش‌آموزان بازتاب می‌دهد.

در جریان یک بازدید از محل داخل محوطه مکتب، دانش‌آموزان از چارچوب ساختمان جدید اداری دیدن کردند و پیشرفت فونداسیون ساختمان آینده علوم را مشاهده نمودند. این تجربه به آنان نشان داد که چگونه یادگیری در صنف به کار واقعی ساختمانی در مقیاس بزرگ تبدیل می‌شود.
